Why Indian colleges trust FestRelay
A campus-first operating model for discovery, registration, access, and accountable event records.
Direct Merchant Routing
Student registration fees deposit directly into the college's verified bank account. FestRelay never touches or holds student funds.
Offline Mobile Scanning
Volunteers scan passes on their personal phones with sub-second camera recognition. Zero gate lines even with spotty Wi-Fi.
NAAC Criterion 5.3
Export verified participant rolls, gender diversity statistics, geo-tagged photos, and certificates formatted for accreditation peer-teams.
Got questions about campus onboarding?
Does FestRelay hold student registration fees in escrow?
Never. FestRelay connects directly to your institution's verified payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, or BillDesk). 100% of registration fees deposit directly into the college's designated bank account, fully adhering to Reserve Bank of India payment aggregator directives.
Do volunteer gate marshals need special barcode scanners or hardware?
No. Any student volunteer or faculty coordinator can scan QR passes using their standard smartphone browser. The scanner works in sub-second speed with instant vibration feedback and duplicate pass rejection.
How does the NAAC Criterion 5.3 automated dossier work?
FestRelay compiles verified attendance rosters, participant roll numbers, gender diversity metrics, event photos, and winner certificates into standardized tables formatted specifically for NAAC Self-Study Report (SSR) guidelines.
Can students from other colleges register for inter-college events?
Yes. Organizers can open registrations to verified external students, collect college ID proof, and issue distinct external delegate passes with clear entry credentials.
How fast can our college activate a fest on FestRelay?
Your team can create events, set ticket tiers or free entry, add volunteer scanners, and publish the festival link with guided onboarding.
