1. Proprietary Platform Rights

The FestRelay web applications, organizer workspace, sub-second gate validation algorithms, dynamic QR cryptographic rotation system, offline ledger sync protocols, and NAAC dossier compiling engines are the exclusive intellectual property of FestRelay Technologies.

All source code, brand wordmarks, logos, visual layouts, and UI component architectures are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India, international copyright treaties, and applicable trademark laws.

2. Institutional Campus Usage Grant

Colleges, universities, autonomous institutions, and verified student fest committees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize the FestRelay platform solely for running approved campus festivals, academic conferences, cultural events, and hackathons.

Campus committees organizing partner events are granted permission to display official FestRelay badges and logos on festival posters, social media promos, and campus stage banners solely in accordance with our brand guidelines.
